Scenario: Discount not visible at checkout

  1. Close all Lebara tabs.
  2. Click the referral link again and re‑select your plan.
  3. Ensure you qualify as a new customer.
  4. Look for the promo/referral field and ensure it’s applied.
  5. Try switching device or browser if it still doesn’t appear.

Scenario: Code not showing

Some flows auto‑apply the discount. If a code field exists but it’s empty, try private mode, allow cookies, and start fresh from the referral link.

Scenario: Reward/payment timing confusion
